On August 31st, we will take a tour to visit Mount Tsukuba (subject to good weather conditions – if the weather is not good, we have to cancel the excursion due to safety concerns).
We will meet at bus stop No. 1 at Tsukuba center until 8:40 a.m. 7:40 a.m. (updated time!).
The expenses for the excursion have to be covered by the participants. You will need some cash to buy a ticket for taking the ropeway and cable car (the combined price would be 1340 yen). In addition, you need to pay for public buses: in the morning, 900 yen on the way going to the foot; in the afternoon, 740 yen on the way back; payment using IC card possible, whose prices are slightly cheaper than paying by cash.
The excursion will end around 16:00 at Tsukuba center.

- Please prepare a proper pair of shoes because we will walk along the ledge between two peaks.
- Please bring a bottle of water and your lunch.
