Illustrated guide to reach the conference site from Tsukuba center

	When you reach Tsukuba station, please go out the gate.
	Please turn right.
	Then, turn left
	to take the escalator for going up
	to the ground level.
	Then, walk toward the right
	to find bus stand 6.
	Here is a bus table. The left bluish table is for weekdays. Within the bluish table, the left parts show the departure times for the loop-line (clockwise), the right parts show those for the loop-line (counter-clockwise). Each route will reach Dai San Area Mae
	on this side for clockwise or
	on the other side for the counter-clockwise.
	If you took the loop-line for clockwise
	please use the pedestrian cross
	to reach Building F there.
	Arriving at building F (or 3F, since it is in area 3).
	Make sure you are in the right campus (area 3).
	Building F.
	Then please use the entrance on your left-hand side.
	On the ground floor
	there are two lifts.
	Please take one of them to reach
	the 10th floor.
	Then, you will find F1020 on your right-hand side.

Facilities

• Projector: HDMI is available
• Presentation computer: a presentation PC with MS Windows and macOS will be available; please copy your presentation before your session to the presentation PC
• Network: access via Eduroam; thus, please prepare your network connection before you start travelling

Food and Drink

Lunch: cafeteria in 5 minutes walk distance from the seminar room, as well as a halal café next to the cafeteria (see map in abstracts booklet)

Drinks and foods: drinks and snacks can be purchased from vending machines at the ground floor at the south entrance of the building F; there is also a small shop on campus, as well as a Starbucks located close to the library

It is advisable to have some Japanese yen in cash, as it may be the only payment option accepted on the University of Tsukuba campus. For a lunch meal, the cost would typically range from 600 to 1000 yen. If you are purchasing a bottle of water or tea, it would usually cost around 120 to 200 yen.
